I do offer postage to Australia wide. See the postage and delivery policy for further information and pricing. Sorry no postage available for biscuits bouquets or custom window gift boxes.

Do you have a minimum order?

Minimum order is 1 dozen  biscuits, minimum price is $66.00.

When and how do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Full payment is required within 5 business days from date of invoice sent ( unless collection / postage date is less than 14 days and then payment is required at time of booking). 
You can view the payment due date on your invoice. Payment can be made via credit card, direct deposit or Paypal. Direct deposit details are provided in the comment section of your invoice.
Your order date is not confirmed booked until payment has been received. Failure to pay invoice within 5 days may result in cancellation of your order without notice and your chosen date may no longer be available.

What flavours are your biscuits?

Real Vanilla bean sugar cookie base with vanilla icing is by far the most popular flavour and at this time is the only flavour combination available for custom orders.  
I do occasionally offer chocolate, ginger spice and other flavour combinations throughout the year for special occasions and pre orders.   
 
Minimum order of 12 biscuits per flavour.

How are biscuits packaged?

Biscuits are individually heat sealed in food safe clear cello bag. Upon request bags can be tied with matching curling ribbon tie perfect for individual gifts.
 
Gift boxes  ( not suitable for postage) and material ribbon is available upon request for an additonal amount.  Please contact me for further information and prices.  
 
Each order also comes with ingredient, allergen and nutritional panel information.

How to obtain a quote / place an order?

To make an enquiry for a quote or to place an order you can use the Quote form or Contact us form from the main menu bar on the home page.  
Please include as much information as you can, especially the date you require, quantity, designs that you may like and any other additional details that best describes your ideas. Note: Submitting an enquiry does not confirm your order. Please allow 3 business days for response time before resubmitting the order form.

How long do your biscuits last?

For best results biscuits should be kept in their individual heat sealed bags and eaten within a few days, stored correctly they will stay fresh for up to 4 weeks. To store, leave biscuits in their heat sealed, individual bags, place in an airt tight container and store in a cool dark spot ( not the fridge) or alternately they can be successfully frozen for up to 6 months.

Biscuits shapes can vary in sizes greatly; my standard and most popular sizing is 10-12cm at the widest point.

What is the pricing for your biscuits?

As every order is custom made specifically for you, it is difficult to have a set price that covers such a wide range of designs. Pricing is based upon the biscuits size, the complexity and number of your design(s) and any additional embellishments or requirements you may like in the creation of your custom order. Each biscuit is individually wrapped in a clear cello bag and included in the total pricing.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Orders cancelled up to two weeks prior to post / collection date will be refunded, less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Orders cancelled within 2 week prior booked date, will not be refunded.
